3. Enter Sherwood as school name, then click Sherwood High School, Sandy Spring.

4. Click “Make it Yours” and then you will be given multiple options with prices. You can purchase a single copy of the yearbook, multiple yearbooks, packages with options (combos of namestamping, iTag, plastic cover, Year in Review, autograph supplement), or select your own options .

5. Follow website prompts to complete order and pay.

The price will rise as the year goes on. Other than back-to-school night at Sherwood on September 24, you must order online. The cost is $65 in September, $70 in October, $75 in November, $80 in December, $85 in January. (There is an extra $1 charge for the online service and of course taxes are added.) We do not order many extras for sale at the end of the year so you should pre-order. If there are any left at distribution in mid-May, the cost will be $90 or more, payable by cash only.

 Photography dates at Sherwood are:  June 8, 9 and 10,  August 19, 20, 21,  October 5, 6, and 7

 A few weeks after being photographed, you will receive your proofs in the mail. If you wish to choose your  yearbook pose, you will have to do so by October 28 or it will be chosen for you by the yearbook staff.  If  you are photographed after this date, you will not be able to choose the pose.  All other issues dealing with senior photos should be directed to Lifetouch directly at 1-800-445-1189..

 Remember When? Traditionally in the Sherwood yearbook, there is a portion of the senior class section devoted to memories that are unique to each graduating class such as things that have changed over the last four years or funny things that happened at class events, etc.  If you want to contribute to this list, you must email your memories to sherwoodyearbook@yahoo.com by October 28 with the term “Remember When” in the subject title area. 

Order your yearbook early to save money!  Online sales from the publisher will be available starting in October at  www.walsworthyearbooks.com Buy early, the price goes up as the year goes on and we may run out.  Only a certain amount are ordered each year based on pre-sales. Before placing your order, find the order number provided to you by Walsworth Publishers in the mailing you will receive in early fall (the envelope is blue and white) to avoid duplicate orders.

The Senior Class Picture will be taken as a part of the Senior Breakfast which is preliminarily set for Wednesday, October 14.  Order forms will be distributed in a class or homeroom prior to that date.  The picture must be paid for and ordered at the time the picture is taken, money will not be collected later.

 Friends and Family Senior Salutation Ads** (see separate sheet) and Business Ads are currently being taken. We will fill up space on a first paid basis as we have limited space available. All ads are in color and are due back no later than Wednesday, October 28. We may fill pages early so do not wait until the last day. Ad space may be purchased after the 28^th if there is room however additional fees will be charged. Groups of friends or other organized groups such as sports teams and clubs are encouraged to combine funds and purchase larger ads. Photos will be delivered back once the yearbook has been distributed. If you wish the ad to remain a secret, you must mark so on the form and we will try our best to not let your surprise be known. There will be opportunities to preview and approve your ad, please indicate the best time for you to do that on the form.  We can not be held responsible for any mistakes if you do not preview your ad prior to mid-November when we send the pages to the publisher.

  ** Please make a duplicate of your precious baby photos for our use as we cannot guarantee return of your pictures. We will try our best but sometimes things can get lost in production.

You must make an appointment to be photographed by Lifetouch Photographers this summer or fall at Sherwood or at their studios in Baltimore or Burtonsville. For more information visit their website
at http://prestigeportraits.com or call 1-800-445-1189. Males must sit for tuxedo poses and females must sit for drape poses. There is a basic Lifetouch sitting fee charge of $22, bring additional cash for additional poses. Additional information will be sent by Lifetouch
Studios directly to your home.

If you want to have your pictures returned to your home, you must provide a self-addressed, stamped envelope for us to mail them back in. Otherwise, they will be delivered back during one of your classes once production of the book is complete.
