The Sherwood athletic community, along with the Warrior Club, share our profound sorrow and sympathy for the pain the Colonel community is going through during this traumatic time.  For decades, Sherwood and Magruder have been cross-town rivals in all areas of sports.  These years of  good-natured competition have created many shared friendships, mutual respect and a bond between our schools and in the Olney community.  Come celebrate the winning Warrior tradition and record of athletic excellence. The Sherwood Warrior Club and Sherwood High School are creating an Athletic Hall of Fame and hosting inaugural events during the first Hall of Fame Weekend on Friday, October 29^th and Saturday, October 30th.  Events include:

•  Friday – Oct. 29^th  6:30pm- Recognition of inductees during halftime of the Sherwood v. Springbrook football game.
•  Saturday – October 30^th from 6:00-11pm the first Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony-Dinner Dance (cocktail attire) in the Washington Christian Academy Ballroom, 16227 Batchellors Forest Road, Olney.
• Tickets are available pre-sale only and are $40 each.  The limited number of tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. There will be a cash bar available. Tickets are sold at home football games, Back to School Night or Senior Night.  Or download the attached order form and mail with your check made out to the Sherwood Warrior Club. No tickets will be sold at the door.

 We hope you will join us as we honor the inaugural class of the Sherwood Athletic Hall of Fame and celebrate Warrior Pride.

We will be spreading about 25 yards of mulch on Saturday. For those who cannot join us on Saturday but would like to help in another way, consider being a mulch sponsor by buying a yard (or two) of mulch for the Warrior Club at $30 per yard. Let me know if you want to help in this way.

Note that students will earn SSL hours for this event.
